At this location twenty-five years ago,
obe brandy was produced here using 100% Kobe grapes.
"Kobe wine" made with 100% Kobe grapes, and "Kobe brandy" made from distilling the Kobe wine has an enjoyable one and only flavor and an aroma with depth.
The distiller used at that time was the "Alambique Charente" imported directly from France.
It is a direct flame distiller that is used for cognac distillation.
By distilling directly over a flame, a brandy that is highly fragrant, even more mellow, and provides a soothing drinking experience can be created.
Brandy, which has been continuously aged from 27 years ago, is now very popular overseas.
Kobe Distillery instead of making brandy a thing of the past, and with the desire to make it known more in Japan, we revived the distiller at that time and started manufacturing in the hopes that it would become a new specialty product of Kobe.
