New whisky from Kobe City

A new whiskey that is made in the historic city of Kobe.

We use high-quality malt from overseas and using domestic malt in the future is being considered.

By slowly distilling in a distillery surrounded by nature we are aiming for a delicious whiskey that is mellow and has a taste with depth.

Domestic-barrel aging

In addition to using barrels for bourbon and sherry from overseas, we will also use Japanese oak and cherry for barrels that have been attracting attention in recent years.

Aged in the environment surrounded by the mountains of Kobe

The distillery is located in the Fruit and Flower Park full of nature, which is very suitable for aging.

Because it is surrounded by mountains, there is a large temperature difference throughout the year, and maturing will take place in a natural environment that is also humid.
